A real person behind tl-hr.

I'm Ryuichi, the person behind tl-hr. I spent years in HR and recruiting, starting as a tech recruiter in Tokyo, then as an HR generalist at a semiconductor startup and at FastSpring, a SaaS company, before moving into software engineering. tl-hr comes out of that combination: I've lived the HR admin pain these workflows solve, and I can build and secure the automation that fixes it. I've since delivered PTO automation for InovarHR, an HR consultancy whose team I've worked with before, and packaged that work into templates and guided setup so other teams can get it running without the trial and error.
